NYFW...

Thursday saw New York Fashion Week draw to a close for another season - and what a week it was.

Numerous designers showcased some incredible collections so for this post, I thought I would do a round-up of some of my personal favourites.

Victoria Beckham's collection was as amazing as ever and featured lots of cocooning, sophisticated silhouettes.

There were chunky knits, everything was oversized, yet still stunning, and comfort was very much at the heart of the designs.

Overall, the collection was beautiful - and here are just a few of my favourite looks from the show...

Another highlight of the week was the Marc by Marc Jacobs show, which was quite feminine yet with an element of punk. The studded creepers in particular were a personal favourite - and again here are just a few of the best looks from the show...

Another collection I absolutely loved was Prabal Gurung's! Every ensemble was simple, yet chic and sophisticated - and I have to say I honestly loved every single look to hit the catwalk.

The oversized winter coats featured in the DKNY and Jason Wu shows were also perfection - a garment which I am sure will be a staple piece in many of our wardrobes come autumn.

It wasn't just the models who were showcasing some spectacular ensembles, as below are some of the best looks from the week; sported by none other than the celebrity attendees...

Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift

Olivia Palermo

Dakota Johnson

Sarah Jessica Parker

Alexa Chung

Beyonce

Unique...

With fashion-royalty Anna Wintour joining the likes of Poppy Delevingne, Kendall Jenner and Kate Moss on the front row, Topshop Unique's LFW show truly was a star-studded event and once the models hit the catwalk we could definitely see why.

The collection featured a number of preppy-inspired ensembles in a palette of beautiful greys and blues teamed with crisp white shirts and stunning thigh-high boots.

As the show continued, autumn favourites camel, burgundy and burnt orange began to be introduced which were closely followed by the pattern of the season in the form of a number of beautiful silk pieces.

I can honestly say that I absolutely loved every single look to hit the runway but here a few highlights from me...
